The obvious solution in this case is to delete all empty or unwanted photo albums from your device.
However, Apple does not provide a clear option to delete photos on iPhone, so most people wonder how to remove all empty and unwanted photo albums from iPhone.

If you cannot delete a photo album on iPhone, it is most likely one of the following types of protected albums.
- The camera album
- Media type albums (videos, selfies, screenshots, panoramas).

Apart from above, you should be able to delete all other photo albums directly on your iPhone or iPad.

There are a few reasons why you might not be able to delete photo albums from your iPhone. One possibility is that you have enabled the “Photos” app to automatically back up your photos to iCloud. If this is the case, then you won’t be able to delete photo albums from your iPhone, because they will continue to be stored in iCloud. Another possibility is that you have created a shared photo album, and you are the only person who has access to it. In this case, you won’t be able to delete the album, because it is not technically yours. Finally, it is possible that you have hidden one or more of your photo albums. If this is the case, you won’t be able to delete them, because they are hidden from view.
