Step 1:
After logging in to Facebook, click on your name in the blue bar at the top right.

The image now appears slightly larger. If you now move the mouse pointer over the image, a menu bar will appear at the bottom edge of the image. Now click on Options. (If you don’t move the mouse for about 5 seconds, the menu disappears again).
Step 6:
After clicking on options, a context menu appears, here you click on delete photo.
Step 7:
Now you will be asked if you really want to delete the picture. Now click on Confirm and the picture will be deleted.
As far as I know, you have to do this with each individual picture, there doesn’t seem to be a selection that allows you to delete several cover pictures at once.
There could be a few reasons as to why you can’t delete your cover photo post on Facebook. One reason could be that you’re not the original poster of the cover photo. In order to delete a post, you must be the original poster or have admin rights to the post. If you are not the original poster, you can report the post to Facebook for them to take action. Another reason why you may not be able to delete your post is if it’s a comment on someone else’s post. In order to delete a comment, you must have admin rights to the post. If you are not the admin of the post, you can report the comment to Facebook for them to take action. To delete multiple cover photos on Facebook, follow these steps: 1. Log into your Facebook account. 2. Click on the “Photos” tab. 3. Click on the “Albums” link. 4. Click on the “Cover Photos” album. 5. Select the photos you want to delete and click on the “Delete” button. 6. A confirmation dialog will be displayed. Click on the “Delete Photos” button to delete the photos.
To remove your profile picture and cover photo, you can follow these steps: 1. Go to your profile and click on the three dots in the top right corner. 2. Select “Edit Profile.” 3. Under the “Profile Picture” section, click on the “Remove” link. 4. In the “Cover Photo” section, click on the “Remove” link. 5. Click “Save Changes.”
